At Bare Willow Skin Clinic, we’re committed to providing a calm, professional, and respectful environment where you can feel completely at ease. To ensure the smooth running of the clinic and to protect both your time and ours, we kindly ask all clients to review and respect the policies below.
Payment Policy
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This applies to all treatments and is deducted from your total on the day.
The remaining balance is due at your appointment and can be paid by card or cash.
Gift cards are available and valid for 12 months from purchase.
We do not offer refunds on treatments or products. Products may be exchanged if unopened, sealed, and returned within 14 days.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Unacceptable Behaviour
At Bare Willow, we have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour. This includes but is not limited to:
Inappropriate language, gestures, or conduct
Aggressive, rude, or abusive communication
Attending under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Disregarding professional boundaries during treatment
If any of the above occurs, your appointment will be ended immediately, you will be charged in full, and you may be banned from booking in future.
Client Suitability & Medical Information
All new clients must attend a consultation before treatment, so we can assess your skin, goals, and any medical concerns.
- After booking, you’ll receive a Pre-Consultation Form via email. This must be completed before your treatment so I can review your information and prepare for your treatment.
Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy, or if you have certain medical conditions. Please contact the clinic in advance if you’re unsure.
Clients must be 18 or over to receive treatment.
