A 30% deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you’re new, please book a skin consultation first so we can assess your skin before recommending any treatments.
Do I need a patch test?
No patch tests are required, but a skin consultation is essential for all new clients before treatment.
Can you help me understand what my skin needs?
Yes — that’s exactly what I’m here for. As a VTCT-qualified Advanced Skincare Specialist, trained with distinction at MSTA UK, I’ll take the time to understand your skin, your goals, and any concerns you may have. Whether you’re dealing with acne, sensitivity, dullness, or just not sure where to start, I’ll give you honest, expert advice and guide you towards the right treatment and skincare routine for you.
Can I book a treatment if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. I offer a dedicated Pregnancy Radiance Facial that’s completely safe and designed to calm and nourish. For anything else, please get in touch to check suitability.
Are there any age restrictions?
Treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over.
Do you offer silent appointments?
Yes — if you’d prefer your treatment to be quiet and restful, just let me know during your consultation and I’ll make sure your time is peaceful and unhurried, with no pressure to chat.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards can be purchased online. They’re perfect for birthdays, thank-yous or just a little treat for someone special.

What are your payment options?
I accept both card and cash payments. A 30% deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your slot.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit. Cancellations made after this time will result in the loss of your deposit.
Do you offer treatment packages?
Yes — selected treatments such as microneedling and chemical peels are available as discounted packages (e.g. 4 sessions). You’ll find these options on the booking page.
What if I have a medical condition?
Some conditions may make certain treatments unsuitable. You’ll complete a medical form before your first treatment, and we’ll review this together to ensure everything is safe and appropriate for your skin.
What’s your return policy for products?
Returns are accepted for sealed, unopened products within 7 days of purchase. Returns are for exchange only and require proof of purchase.
