Welcome to Bare Willow Skin Clinic. By booking a treatment, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all clients.
1. Appointments & Consultations
All new clients must book a Skin Consultation prior to any treatment. This allows us to assess your skin’s needs and tailor your treatment plan safely and effectively.
Treatments are strictly by appointment only and exclusively for female clients aged 18 and over.
Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or with certain medical conditions. Please contact the clinic before booking if you are unsure.
2. Deposits & Payments
A 30% deposit is required to secure all new appointments. This is payable at the time of booking via Fresha.
Remaining balances can be paid in clinic by cash or card.
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled within the stated timeframes below.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within this time will retain the deposit.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. Treatment Packages
Treatment packages (e.g., a course of 4 microneedling sessions) are non-transferable and non-refundable once started.
All packages must be used within 6 months of the first treatment unless otherwise agreed.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are available online and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
They can be redeemed against treatments or products but cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
6. Products & Returns
We only accept unopened, sealed products for exchange. Refunds are not offered on skincare products unless faulty.
Please check your purchases carefully before leaving the clinic.
7. Age & Client Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive any treatment.
Treatments are offered to female clients only.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
All consultations and treatment records are held in the strictest confidence and in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
We never share your personal data with third parties without your consent.
9. Results & Aftercare
Individual results may vary. Your treatment plan will be based on professional assessment, but no guarantees are made regarding outcome.
Full aftercare guidance will be provided. Following this advice is essential for achieving and maintaining results.
10. Right to Refuse Treatment
Bare Willow Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if:
It is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client.
The client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
The client behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully.
